Thank you for the nice update!

Do you plan to add any other aircraft in the near future, even as in-app purchases? Several months ago, I asked about adding the G36 Bonanza (a nice compliment to the G58 Baron we already have). Perhaps a Cirrus SR22, and even a C90(NXi) King Air?

The type and range of the turbine gauges is very different than for the piston engines, obviously, so it would be nice to have at least one turbine option – even if it’s a single engine at first, like the Piper M600..

      Hi Richard,

Thanks for your feedback. I will try to make the MFD configurable so the engine gauges will fit a bigger range of different aircrafts.

Yes, please make the mfd configurable for single or twin turbine. Cirrus jet or Cessna citation (for example).

Simionic is fantastic! Thanks so much for this. Superior to the Redbird AATD we have at our flight school which doesn’t represent G1000 nearly as accurately.

There is a little bug I’m seeing. I just loaded/updated X-Plane to 11.40 and added the latest G1000 Bridge plugin. Using only PFD app (have not tried with both PFD & MFD yet), X-Plane C172SP G1000 aircraft flies the flt plan I have entered in the Simionic PFD but the X-Plane G1000 (PFD or MFD) do not show the flt plan at all nor does the X-Plane PFD HSI show the correct bearing or course deviation information on the X-Plane HSI.

The Simionic PFD displays all information correctly.

The thought of designing this software is to run independently as an instrument to a plane. Flight plan is kind of something inside G1000 so it not programmed to be synchronized with X-Plane. However, I will do some research on exchanging the flight plan since you asked. I appreciate your feedback.

Please look into syncing the AP also. With fl plan and AP info sent to XP’s G1000, properly placed Simionic bezels would be perfect for VR.

No, there is no output data to any online service by the app itself.

Hi. Is there a way to improve the connection between infinite flight and the pfd? There is like a half second delay that makes it impossible to play. Thanks

We’ll do more tests on this. However, the communication delay is closely related to network condition. It should be no more delay than talking to X-Plane or FSX. And, it’s the very first version of the API set with Infinite Flight. There are a lot of things I’m sure they will improve and we will see what we can do to improve the interaction between our apps.

Hello. I have been trying to make the FSX plugin to work but i cant. I have tried it on 3 computers with different Windows editions installed. Every time i get the error related to “side by side configuration” . I tried installing the Microsoft visual c++ and tried all tutorials i have found and still couldn’t fix it. Any idea of a fix? I am sure i am not the only one …

Hi, that’s because the SimConnect library is not installed in your system. You can find how to install it on our FAQ page.

Regarding the error “side by side configuration is incorrect ” in windows when trying to install the bridge… Is any way to make it work? I have tried to install microsoft visual redistributable and still nothing. Tried it on 3 different computers and i have the same error. Any fix ?

      Hi Alex,

You need to install SimConnect library which is needed by the bridge and used to be installed with FSX. Please find the details of how to install it on the FAQ page of our website.

I am using two iPads (PFD & MFP) as my instrument panel for X-Plane 11 on a Insectatech Dragonfly 6DOF motion platform (also beautiful). When you offer support for twin turbine aircraft (Cessna citation, example) I look forward to buying both bezels. So far it’s a great app (note – better than competitor because the iPad does the processing not my x-plane PC CPU, AND most importantly the windows bar is not visible at the top of the page (like I get when I drag the G1000 window out of an X-Plane aircraft and over to a second monitor (I don’t think there is a way to get rid of it).

Also, please make a helicopter version (the real bell 407 uses the G1000), and I switch my motion platform between fixed wing and helicopter. Happy to pay an extra fee for both the turbine aircraft and helicopter.

With the new iPadOS update (13.3.1) it seem that the G1000 PFD is in constant re-connection on x-plane 11. every minute or so. Can you please look into it.

Ipad 9.7 with OS 13.3.1 and g100o pfd app and Hardware bezel.

We have tested the app on iPad OS 13.3.1. It works without problem. Maybe you should take a look at whether there is a firewall blocking the communication.

SH100AP(audio panel) is there any cable coming with it? I need to know before I purchase. because I need the cable that has to connect from the audio panel to the bezel.

Yes, there is an USB cable for power supply and a ribbon data cable shipping with the audio panel. However, please be aware that the audio panel cannot be connected to a computer directly. It only connects to the bezels of our own product.

Hello, I’m trying to install the G1000 plugin on my PC runing FS2020 and I have the “side by side” error. Simconnect is runing well because I use Spad Next without any problem. The version of FS2020 is the new version with the patch that corrects the FPS slow down rate.
    Any idea? Thanks

Importing flight plans is not supported. They have to be entered in the apps.
